Acupuncture is a time-tested modality of Chinese medicine used to treat a variety of physical, mental, and emotional concerns. Tiny, sterile, disposable needles are gently placed into specific points on the body to elicit a healing effect.

Our FeelFit method is a holistic approach to personal fitness. Drawing from a diverse movement background including Calisthenics, Pilates, Dance, Breathwork, and Yoga, we'll work together to create a tailored movement plan that lets you achieve your unique goals.

We offer one-on-one support for: Athletic conditioning, graceful aging, chronic pain management, postpartum recovery, and more!

Dr. Cass McLean, DACM is a Licensed Acupuncturist in Moscow, Idaho. Cass graduated from Pacific College of Health and Science in May 2020 with her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. She received her Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine degree from Bastyr University in 2008. She is board certified by the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine), a member of the American Acupuncture Council, President of the Idaho Acupuncture Association, and Representative for Idaho in the Council of State Associations. She is licensed to practice acupuncture in the state of Idaho.

Cass worked in a variety of settings including the Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia Clinic at Harborview Medical Center and the Evergreen Treatment Center for substance abuse, both in Seattle, WA. She finished her Chinese herbal training at the New Shu Guang Hospital in Shanghai, China. Since relocating to the Palouse, she worked for the Nimiipuu Clinic in Lapwai and is now settled in her own, private clinic in the Moscow Professional Center.

Cass is trained in traditional Chinese medicine to treat a variety of conditions using acupuncture and herbal therapies, including infertility, allergies, substance abuse, cancer recovery, and autoimmune disorders. She specializes in pain management and psychobiological wellness related to stress, anxiety, migraines, and digestive disorders.

Cass was born and raised in Moscow, Idaho and looks forward to providing care for her hometown community.

Michele Murphy graduated from Moscow School of Massage in 2000 with an emphasis on deep tissue, swedish and trigger point therapy. She currently is specializing in sciatica and low back pain. FAQ:

How does online coaching work?

Online sessions are held via Zoom. Your trainer will guide you with a mix of verbal cues and demonstrations so you feel clear on every exercise and don’t spend much time looking at the screen. Online sessions are highly effective, with comparable results to in-person, and we’ve even found most local clients still prefer online sessions for their ease and convenience.

Do I need any special machines or equipment?

Nope! If you already have workout equipment, such as Therabands or free weights, we may incorporate them into your sessions, but no special machines or equipment are required to get great results.

Can I get in person coaching? Where are you located?

We’re currently seeing in person clients through Shift Medicine in beautiful Moscow, ID. We’d love to see you for an in person session if you’re in the area! Just check “in person” on your intake form when you book your intro package with us.
